I monitor my uptime and bandwidth with an RPi, and I’ve never seen speeds that slow (always above 100/10, average of 200+/25+), and maybe one measurable dropout every 3-4 days, recovers within 1-3min.
an RPi would be pretty garbage at Saturn emulation, but even a cheap mini-pc would be more than suitable
