Its been hinted many times that Zhongli's memory is special, so much that I still believe that he remembers Rukkhadevata because his Character Story 5 doesn't consider Nahida as one of the Origina 7 Nahida had replaced Rukkha's existence after the Sumeru Archon Quest
OKAY SO Rukkhadevata definitely loves Hera's dimples (I am SO BIASED) and her beauty marks (she loves delivering little kisses on them) Hera adores Rukkhadevata's Freckles and especially enjoys the ones on her back (listen she wears a backless top for a REASON, and that is because her wife is gay)
Hera is a jealous woman. She usually expresses it with sharp looks and pointed stares at the object of her jealousy until they leave Rukkhadevata alone. Sometimes she feels bad for the feeling, especially if it's directed to a person like Nabu Malikata, but she can't help it :(
