siii, necesito con quien llorar los 7mil diamantes que tiré por shohei para que no me saliera:'(
And Vergil needing to close his eyes and restrain himself. I think he'd eventually see too many traits of himself and Nero in Shohei and would be able to recognize that they're just a kid lashing out bc theyre scared
idk if i'll have the time to fully flesh this out besides some smaller illustrations, but there's one specific scene in my head where Shohei getting injured and hating being "treated like a child" (which they are) takes a really hurtful jab at Vergil and his tenuous relationship with his son
The whole gist of Shohei's dmc au that lives inside my head is Vergil being put into the torment nexus of experiencing fatherhood/mentorship with a real kid (Shohei) while trying to mend his relationship with his Actual kid who is now an adult (Nero) who judges how he interacts with said kid
I have a queasy feeling in my stomach the Dodgers are going to put Shohei on the mound tonight and that could be very bad news for the Mets, or great since he hasn’t pitched for a year. I don’t know.
That $241 for the Dodgers is counting Shohei at $2 million, right?
Thank you, Shohei.
The Mets-Dodgers series is so bizarre to me. One of these teams has Shohei Ohtani, and the other one is the lowest seeded NL team whose season was basically over before a McDonald's mascot showed up. And here they are trading blowouts
