Character Kojiro Nanjo of SK8 the Infinity in clothes showed for Love Masquerade event in 2021. He's standing with a bouquet in his right hand and his left hand over his face, while looking to his left towards a small Cherry blossom dressed in S's clothes with cherry blossoms falling around him as he sits on his left shoulder. Above bouquet are different types of flowers, starting from right to left, over a red hibiscus a small Reki and Langa with a tired face; the latter with an ink-stained face. In center of bouquet at top a small Joe on a sunflower, below a small ADAM on a red rose and next to him a small Snake on a red chrysanthemum, next to Snake a small Miya on a cherry blossom branch and finally at top next to Joe, a small Shadow on a red tulip. At bottom of bouquet is a label hanging where is written in black "Happy Birthday Joe" in japanese and over black some red correcting it, with ボケナス (halfwit) over Joe. At bottom right is written HAPPY BIRTHADAY KOJIRO-KUN!

Drawing it's based on a famous meme and is divided in two horizontally and shows characters from the anime SK8 the Infinity. In the upper left part is Kojiro Nanjo (Joe) with water drops and glitter and showing all his muscles from the hip upwards from a medium and contrapicado shot and in the right part the head of Reki Kyan from his back with water drops in front of Kojiro.
On the lower part is shown in chibi a close-up of Reki Kyan with glitter with a little bit of a side and side shot with his mouth open and surprised by Kojiro's muscles. On the left side is shown Miya Chinen's head also in chibi with a bored face and water drops as they're all in the onsen (Japanese hot springs).
