Today's irony brought to you by… My current health insurance via snailmail: (Two sheets of paper and an envelope for something I almost didn't even bother opening)

Doesn't exist in England now. My application was sent to Psych UK in May. They said it takes up to 6 weeks to process applications. Not heard anything back since. I've chasing it at least 4 times with my GP. Even sent a snailmail letter to Psych UK. Nobody responds. Absolutely livid
