With Indian food I add yogurt (can’t always be bothered to fancy it up as raita). Would that work? Or would sour cream have a similar effect?

I ferment my own kosher dills (half sour and full) and they are 100% better than any supermarket brand pickle. Fermentation is magic.

19. I wanna be super cool and say beer or black coffee but to be honest? Probably Chocolate Milk. Man I could go for one right now. Though I'd also wrestle and alligator for a good whiskey sour right now.
