Camera3DからSubViewportでSprite2Dにバイパスしたら、3D空間(カメラ映像)にも一応canvasItem指定のシェーダーは使えるみたいっすね。このエフェクト使っても、適応はされるけど、古く見えない上、内部4諧調なのでライティングの設定が難しい
