As of November 15th 2024 every game on Steam needs to have an age rating ro be sold in Germany. Games with no age rating will not be displayed for german users. Via SteamDB

regardless of the issue being the most upvoted in their forums, they won't acknowledge it. SteamDB shows they're working on DLC patch right now as opposed to fixing multiplayer for linux soooo refund time.
