Yeah I’m not thrilled about them selling, especially in the middle of a labour dispute, and it seems like they’re not a union shop anymore? That’s part of what has held me back from just buying the Labyrinth. I do love the Subharmonicon and the DFAM though.

Yeah, the Moog boxes have probably been the most interesting new ones to see being reviewed and used. I’ve got a Mother-32, Subharmonicon and two DFAMs, so…

Yeah that’s a fair point. Though if you don’t dabble in modular world (I don’t) there is the odd weird one. I got a Lyra-8 and a Moog Subharmonicon exactly because they were fairly unique. Still struggling with the Lyra-8 to be honest.

I think it’s called the labyrinth? The other one id like to play with is the subharmonicon

Today we re-create the famous Moog Subharmonicon in Bitwig Studio. Comes also with a free preset. 🔥 👉 https://youtu.be/jc7XgylbD4M#musicproduction#musodon#bitwig#moog#modular

The image shows a close-up view of a sequencer interface, labeled "Subharmonicon." It includes multiple sequencer steps labeled "SEQ1 Step 1," "SEQ1 Step 2," etc., each with rotary knobs and buttons for selecting between different steps ("S1," "S2") and controls for step direction. The interface is predominantly black with green and pink text and indicators.

Qu-Bit Aurora, Winterbloom Castor & Pollux, Boredbrain Injectr: Spectral Harmonic Eurorack
Qu-Bit Aurora, Winterbloom Castor & Pollux, Boredbrain Injectr: Spectral Harmonic Eurorack

This video adds five new modules, finishing a three tier Moog rack stand. The interaction between the Aurora and Subharmonicon is beautiful and the Injectr lets my guitar be part of the fun. LIKE and SUBSCRIBE for more stuff! Please visit: https://frederickfoxtrott.com/ https://www.instagram.com/fredfoxtrott/ Since the first years my Eurorack work, I have envision having three racks, with a Moog Mother 32, a DFAM, and a Subharmonicon serving as the base of each rack with the expectation that each rack can work well individually but can be Voltroned together to really break open the possibilities. I have finally finished my third rack of three tiered Moog stands and I am very pleased to share it. The theme is spectral frequencies and harmonic depth. The Subharmonicon paired with the Qu-Bit Aurora is nicely complimented by Winterbloom's Castor & Pollux. I have finally added a Boredbrain Injectr to stand in for the Maths patch I've used to get by in the past. It is a long time coming since my video with Emily Hopkins, where we ran her harp through our combined Eurorack.
