i am constantly dealing with regular joint injuries and am laid up in bed almost always. i move an arm too fast and my elbow threatens to snap. i sit too quickly and my hip pops, or my knees jolt backwards. even with a walking stick and a fuck tonne of supports doesn’t help much. it’s so hard. -

I think they do within a certain tolerance. If you fall within the tolerances you see something that supports it and you double down. If you're out of the tolerances I think things diminish on the chance to pull you into the zone .
