for prototyping — yes. For distribution? Not as far as I know. Something like TheGameCrafter, which does cards, boards, and bits and assembles them all in-house is more what I was thinking of.

Is there any chance of you doing a tarot deck or releasing these as tarot cards? thegamecrafter allows you to upload digital files so you only have to handle sizing while they handle print on demand/shipping/etc. so you don't have to pay upfront or keep inventory around.
