Dudley the Vagrant Engine, a character created by the buried truck as a TrackMaster toy. He is angry and is looking to the right side of the photo, this face is based off one by jje09 over on Twitter, which was used on the model in Carson’s Video Workshop’s adaptation of the Dudley Stories.
