The Rule is, I have to eat the ramen in the order of expiry date even if they're all months out. That's how you don't end up with expired noods. Rules are Important. Today the rules gave me pork tonkotsu Demae Ramen, my favourite. Celebramos.

Add a Halfed Hard or Soft Boiled Egg for extra Yum. This works well with Cup Ramen too, just dig out the puck and put it in a larger bowl. Its very filling and the broth is SO good. I do microwave the frozen veg before for 1 min, so it doesnt steal heat from the boiling water while it steeps.
I'm in dire need of this one brand of instant tonkotsu ramen because its delicious, and i cried when i didn't find it at wegmans
