Gosh I hated this season of Heartstopper, it was good. So many insecurities I had in my early/mid twenties came flooding back. The mental annoyance of never being ok in any state if undress/exposure.

Yeah. Nice little theatre. I once couldn't get on stage because the dressing rooms are downstairs, I was wearing an enormous costume & the door onto the stage isn't very big. They had hurriedly to undress me and redress me. Heart in mouth stuff!
I used to lock myself in the office bathroom and undress to my underwear to wash my face in the middle of the work day to Refresh My Batteries without getting my clothes wet. Felt good, man.
