Just watched Wakanda Forever. Cheesy lines and a poor path for the plot spoilt it, disappointment after the Black Panther film. Also they could just have used the aircraft tractor beam to have solved a lot of their problems.

I think Black Panther takes place after Captain America: Civil War since it's when they make T'Challa King of Wakanda, after T'Chaka's assassination. As to where is Steve from CW's end tag, I'd imagine that Bucky was in tow, and Steve was too busy being a nomad and came after the events in BP.
