I had a good group of friends and was a good student, so it seemed largely fine. I just liked university much more. At 30, I went to a reunion. Walking the halls was fine, but entering the cafeteria I hit this wave of anxiety and dread like I hadn’t felt in a decade. So maybe it wasn’t that fine.

Oh my!!! Me too .....I went because we were getting a tour (my daughter was maybe going to go to the same secondary school I went to). I was not expecting it but, entering the cafeteria, the wave of fear was so strong, it was physical.
