My #1 is "Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai Remix" on Sega Saturn (remix = uncensored booby), it has a bunch of playable characters and a fun panel-game mechanic #2 is "CD Mahjong -Bishoujo Chuushinha" on PC-Engine CD, very fast with very cute girls #3 is "Dengen Tenshi Taisen Mahjong Shangri-La", this game

The "Super Real Mahjong" series which is on basically all 90's consoles/JPPCs is pretty decent and has cute girls but not really anything I go back to very often If you wanna VC sometime tonight (or whenever) and I can give you a play-by play of how I usually play I can teach you a bit lol
