I live on the CHW line and the last train home of the night is often before 9pm, this assumes that Septa is resourced enough to run more regional rail trains (it is not and hasn't been in years).

this is absolutely something that would have to change and an arena on jefferson station should be a catalyst for them to run better regional rail services (there’s no reason why the chestnut hill lines shouldn’t operate more like a subway-they’re both completely in city limits!)
