Ponder-time. #vegan - A friend asked me why I donât just say Iâm vegetarian. (travel may mean dairy, a special occasion: sushi e.g.) This threw me. My every-day dietary preference is vegan. If I say veg, everything is dairy-based protein. Everything. Why all or nothing!? I seek a plant-based diet.
