I feel like this is my Hank Hill moment. I just want to drop this zip file into an application and it makes Twinkle Star Sprites happen. It's going to take 20 hours to set up, and then not play because the rom isn't new enough (the game came out in 1996 I dunno how much newer it's gonna get chief)

Found my old Neo Geo roms and looked for a new emulator to try them out and what HAPPENED to these programs in the last 20 years- MAME installs as a folder of terminal files and needs 2-3 other applications to run, the program that gives it a UI makes you MANUALLY type in the path to the rom folder

Finally closed the book on the Permet 6 Full Mechanics Gundam Aerial #gunpla! Honestly: the sparkly effect for the Permet 6 version makes the nub marks on the dark gray and blue parts AWFUL and the sparkle effect is so muted it just looks dusty. It’s still the gorgeous FM Aerial however.
