The Refusal ending added with the definitive edition is the best one, because it addresses the fact that the Starchild is giving you three narrow shitty choices, and obviously trying to railroad you into something that benefits itself. In that ending, you refuse those choices.
By refusing those choices, you pass on your fight to the next generation, who will hopefully be able to destroy the reapers without relying on the whims of an evil AI who wants to undermine your plans and either control you, indoctrinate you, or kill all synths
see, that's something i never knew, but are you sure it's not the Ultimate Edition with all 3 games together? I don't recall ME3 getting an ''all DLCs'' edition, and the only ending changing DLC is this one masseffect.fandom.com/wiki/Mass_Ef... which only expands the 3 endings
