I don't mind a pump on the frame, but this Silca one is enormous. I'm returning it for something a little more little.

Anyway, I advocate for bracket instead of jersey pocket. I run mine low on the seat tube. I also usually have an Orucase mini frame bag on my bike that'll hold some small mini-pumps if I prefer. My Spez is just a cm or so too long for it.

I won a Specialized Air Tool at a local race in 2007. I liked it so much I bought a second one and I've got a bracket on each bike. Before that it was full size pump for me (the aforementioned Blackburn), but the Spez pumps have been good enough to always get me home (so far).
