if you don’t have a direct connection to another Girl Scout troop, consider buying from Troop 6000 which is made up of girls living in NYC homeless shelters

OMG and I can donate them! I moved overseas 28 years ago, and haven't bought Girl Scout cookies since then, but I can donate them AND help out Girl Scouts in homeless shelters at the same time! THAT'S AWESOME!
