I would quite sincerely like to see an adult who buys a 14 year old boy an AR-15 get a heavier sentence than the shooter himself

I was running the gun counter at a Walmart I worked at and was threatened MULTIPLE times that I would be sued for 2A infringement because these idiots would fill out the paperwork and say the gun was a gift for someone WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE. Automatic denial, permanent ban.
I would love to see the 2nd amendment repealed but it probably won’t happen in my lifetime. But what I do think can happen in my lifetime is parents/guardians getting prosecuted for providing these weapons and/or leaving them readily accessible. That dad should be tried for murder.
