Wordpress is free. A domain name is something you might want to pay for later but building the web page is super easy and hosting is free. You select a template. You work with a few widgets. I used to do web pages in the 90s with html but it's not that at all. There's no code whatsoever.
Maybe learn to draw(?) and do it yourself?
It should forever be called Fan Fiction. I don't even want to go into what I picture in my mind when I hear the term Head Cannon. Smh
