I spent several hours today optimizing my stream setup and removed like 37 hotkeys and migrated them all into other systems

Yeah, a lot of these deals I do not like because of this. You essentially give them free advertising because you don't hit the targets a lot of the time, it's very exploitative.

"But how do I get offers?" The biggest tip: add a business email to your profiles, as many as possible. Make it EASY for people to reach you. I get the majority of my offers via email these days. Also using a separate email consistent with your brand/socials helps. 🧵8 / 9
I've been paid anywhere from $100 to $300 USD/hr for a game stream. I negotiate based on their budget, effort on my part to set it up, and more. Some of these I've streamed on my own afterwards or kept going longer without pay cause I like the game. 🧵7 / 9
