To qualify for Business Property Relief (BPR) for Inheritance Tax (IHT) purposes. AIM companies must be actively trading (and not investment or property-focused). So someone like GAMA will probably qualify but I doubt TPFG would. BR qualification status can change over time so complicated.

I think TPFG is a trading company. A property company would be a REIT - that’s my interpretation though.
