A new way of viewing the Sustainable Development Goals and how they are all linked to food

I had to hire someone on my team who had actually worked in/around that system in order to understand what the heck that dialogue is supposed to do for real national policy change. The results chain from SDG14 (oceans) to legit policy improvement is weak/broken/tenuous/irregular. I'm still confused.
