Today I had to show my ten year old how to put the phone up to her ear and talk. She’s become so used to FaceTime and has never had to use a phone like an actual phone before.
It seems manufacturers think the definition of ‘smart’ means not involving buttons, when it would solve a lot of issues and in my opinion be smarter to have them instead of relying on a never ending stream of touch commands that don’t always work.
