The AG enforcement provisions will allow red state AGs to force platforms into discovery or file charges against them for arbitrary reasons. This will inevitably be wielded against any queer content, sex ed, advice/support, etc.
Wouldn't that now be considered an unconstitutional delegation of congressional authority?
