AU where Kuina lives and joins the Strawhats w/ Zoro, and Sanji immediately becomes the #1 Kuina stan who seeks to make her the worlds greatest swordsman at all times (which mostly amounts to him bullying Zoro a lot).

And because I am stuck with chronic "oda would never unpack his gender shit" isms, My take on kuina is that she's annoyed by Sanji at first but eventually learns to love his stanning, and the fandom interprets this as Sanji being the first person to affirm her gender and her skills simultaneously.
