Please be careful in using these tools to accuse TTRPG artists of using "AI". The databases of generative algorithms for art have been heavily trained on art from Dungeons & Dragons, Magic: the Gathering, and Pathfinder. This creates a LOT of false positives for real handmade art. Please be careful in using these tools to accuse TTRPG artists of using "AI". The CEO of Midjourney even bragged about this as one of their largest sources. It's already affected at least one artist for D&D, who was accused of using algorithmic generation and had to post the full Adobe files showing the steo-by-step creation process to prove it was hand-drawn.The CEO of Midjourney even bragged about this as one of their largest sources. I mean 2 of those 3 are from the same corporation. Actively using Ai. So I don't really feel like it would be a loss 🤷♂️
It’s really not that hard to spot AI generated art if you take 10 seconds to zoom in and peruse the details. But I guess people aren’t willing to even do that anymore and let a computer decide for them.
