Where and how do you store it? I have cats and their fur gets everywhere ! Every time I need to use the cast iron, it’s covered in dust and hair, even when stored in the cabinets. Thought of just sticking it in a plastic bag but that doesn’t seem ideal. Maybe I’m seasoning it improperly?

I just keep my cast iron pans in the oven, and then take them out temporarily when I use it.
