the first day i took it sucked massively doctor even specifically said to not take my first or second dose on a school day

I've been on it steadily for nearly 2 years but it was without any follow up from a psych that actually cared so turns out all my unhealthy weight loss was a side effect and that led to more bodily issues we're weaning myself off it now to try something else
