On Wed 10/9/24 6:41 am the driver (59/M) of a 2007 Honda Accord going too fast for conditions hit & injured a pedestrian (20/M) crossing properly in a marked crosswalk at Firstfield Rd and Quince Orchard Rd/MD124. Gaithersburg PD (EJ78940051) found nobody at fault.
