Absolutely this. Only EE have 5G in the centre of Harrogate, so while you might get four bars of 4g on O2, Voda or Three, it's completely congested and unusable. 5g is years behind in the UK due to the Huawei switch out. Fantastic 5g in Ireland, Spain and Croatia for me recently.

Same in Denmark and Portugal.
