One summer in between college semesters, I lived in an apartment without internet. I rented a ton of movies but thankfully the Family Video had the VHS set of The Stand. It’s the only thing I remember watching from that time. It has so many great actors in it!

Forest Park has a free Art museum which is great. There’s also a free natural history museum I can’t vouch for. Delmar Loop is a cool area, and Vintage Vinyl is worth popping in. Avoid Imo’s Pizza.

I have to say this is one of the best things I have done for my day-to-day levels of anxiety. And I was using it to look at stuff I like! I wasn't hate-following or seeing upsetting content. It seems to me even in the best-case usage of Instagram, it is designed to set your self-worth on fire.
