Good dark chocolate is one of my favourite indulgences. I’ve meditated while eating it a number of times and can confirm that it heightens the experience immensely.

I, like pretty much everyone else, had heard snippets of it over the years. But last year I finally fell in love with classical and just about fell out of my chair when I learned it was over 100 years old.
