I'd hope they would fire the one guy who's the problem instead of the hundreds/thousands who work on the shows who aren't.
Unpopular opinion, but unless he's convicted, I'm not inclined to put much stock into the claims. We're far too eager to destroy lives for the sake of "always believe the victim", when realistically it's up to the court to decide, and not the masses.
