When I was younger I had a cat that had kittens, and she kicked one out of the litter. I found it cold to the touch. Turned shower on hot, made sauna in bathroom and fed it milk through a dropper. She survived, most loyal cat I ever had.
That is a beautiful story. You are definitely meant to be a parent!
