Wow, literally stating in writing that they can’t socialise with work colleagues if they aren’t allowed to sexually harass them. Jesus Christ. Meanwhile in work places everywhere people manage to have fun without sexual harassment!

The HR Dept for an old job of mine used to send out an email the day of the Christmas party reminding everyone how to act. They were notoriously boozy affairs (on the company £) and the first people to end up on anyone else's lap usually worked in HR!
In any decent organisation it would be the management cracking down on harassment, without the need of government intervention.
