I don’t ‘love’ George or his behaviour, but I do understand that young people get things wrong. If they get the right support, their lives can be put back on track and that’s what I’d like to see, rather than a hardened George pushed by his custody experiences further down a harmful path #TheArchers
Another option, instead of Meg, would be an official placement on a rehabilitation scheme for young offenders, with a placement in suitable work. Probably either on a farm or with horses and with some formal training. I don't know how common these are but I have heard of them. #TheArchers
Full fantasy for me would be after his years of probation working with Meg if he were to approach the stables about creating a program there for kids in trouble. Will never happen, so little money involved, also no drama, but horse therapy is something that i have found interesting. #TheArchers
