“Who won and lost the 2020 election?” *is* a question about the future. It’s asking “will you lie incessantly about basic factual reality, attacking the bedrock of the US Constitutional order, no matter how much it hurts America?” And almost all Republicans are answering “yes, that is my intention.”

Courts won't protect women's health care. Only voting will and that will still take time to address all the issues raised by courts like this.
