Didn't Oregon boot out the GOP members of their house for not participating in the governing of their State? And I believe a State Supreme Court Justice agreed they could not run in the next election.... There must be a law.

We have that law now in OR. If state rep has 10 unexcused absences, they are ineligible to run again. This bec they were preventing quorum and stopping our state govt from passing any bills they didn’t like
