From Aug 1 CDC data, COVID levels are moderate to very high almost everywhere in the US. Hospitalizations & deaths are increasing as well (these are lagging indicators, but levels have been high in parts of the country for many weeks). Schools are restarting already in some areas. Take precautions.
School starts up on the 14th here. Just in time for everyone to come home from wherever they went over the summer and bring whatever variants were busiest there to make a lovely collage inside everyone's lungs. 😬

We got an email from daycare letting us know both rooms had covid. We rolled our eyes because we told them last week our kid had covid. It's all over.

I have a trip to the USA soon, and my government doesn't allow me to get a booster shot because I'm not on the risk group. I had them like 3 years ago and two of those shots were Sinovac! T_T Ok, I stopped complaining
