AFAIK, mute and block lists and timeline filtering already work - and it already flags NSFW content. are there specific features you’re waiting for?

I don't think there is any functionality I am missing at this point, but others seemed unwilling to post here due to lack of moderation capacity? Perhaps that is not technical but more human resourcing to look at flagged posts?
