You're probably thinking of the browser extension "Sky Follower Bridge." I used to know of a few other tools that were helpful for migration but they were (probably deliberately) broken by Twitter's API changes like a year ago. I think Sky Follower Bridge should still work though.
Seems the assistant is optional, and will scrape any content you provide it IF you use the assistant, but won't if you don't use it. That's still obnoxious though...I'm so ready for generative AI to die in a fire.
It does mention "AI Assistant" but those are becoming rather unavoidable. Whether I'll try it depends on if that's mandatory or optional, and whether it actually scrapes your content for AI training, which I'll need to check the ToS for.
