Yeah they basically always run after you throw one ball at them. They can be shiny though, and I'm pretty sure if they are shiny they can't flee.

Oh, they are random (rare) spawns when you use your Daily Adventure Incense.

Not sure what you missed but I missed the memo that Vampire Survivors is brilliant!!

I think the part I dislike the most is trying to find all the game Devs/studios.
