Necromunda is such a swingy, messy game. But honestly, that's a lot of why I love it. I wish the rules were a bit less labyrinthine, and you have to be willing to house rule, but otherwise the complexity and lack of balance make it an interesting experience to navigate.

Not a great time for it considering the news out of Duolingo, but I'm still proud of hitting 300 days with French! I'm not sure how effective Duolingo has been at teaching me new French, but it's been perfect for remembering the French that I haven't practiced for almost 20 years.
Back from holidays with the family! This year's hit game on the trip was definitely Scout by Oink Games. It's got a great blend of new ideas with elements familiar to folks who grew up playing with standard playing cards.
The skid plate fell off. But not entirely, so I had to figure out how to remove a half-attached mangled skid plate on the side of the freeway. Lol
Upgrade from foam to magnetic storage complete! Now I've just got to find time to finish painting them...
