Critics of Wikipedia must strategize. If Justapedia, which is close approximate to Wikipedia in terms of website appearence, cannot be balanced out from the clutches of the far right, then we should either build a new alternative, or reboot existing ones such as Enciclopedia Libre Universal.

What the Long COVID community needs right now is financial support in order to get the medical field to research new treatments and develop them accordingly.
Everyone must stop donating to Wikipedia. You can instead spend the money on more noble causes such as the Internet Archive, the Tor Project, and medical treatment initiatives such as Berlin Cure's BC007 for Long COVID and Kimer Med's vTose for possible panacea treatment against viruses.

This is clearly what English Wikipedia describe as "conflict of interest editing". Normally they would've been banned swiftly if they tried that on English Wikipedia.
Maybe if you have a Reddit account with big karmas and activities you can go to /r/redditrequest to request perms for either /r/meanwhileonwikipedia or /r/wikipediacriticism, because Reddit admins seems to leave open the possibility that the latter can be resurrected.
Unfortunately /r/wikipediacriticism is banned by Reddit under the obviously BS reason of "spam" so you might have to switch to /r/justwikipediathings for the time being.
